just been given an estimate date for delivery of the 9th of June definitely ahead of schedule was going to be towards the end of the June not the start. Atleast I have a date to count down to now :D

Cheers Rob for the information I appreciate it. Definitely glad things are happening and do not mind whether I get it sooner or later etc I am sure it will be worth the wait. only thing I know is that I will have to get the ball rolling on getting my private plate off my RCZ haha

well my 2 series has just been confirmed by production control (means everything is now confirmed for production) not sure if that will mean I will be get it earlier than I was going to originally, but I will find out tomorrow once my salesman gets back to me with a rough date etc :) **if anyone knows from experience what it means when its at this stage please let me know**

Ok that would be more amazing the E39 M5 estate I have to admit. But I think the E53 X5 4.8ils was already quick enough in my opinion (remember my parents having one and thought it was nuts)

it is a shame that they only made one E39 M5 estate that would have been an amazing combination.

I think my all time favourite BMW of all time has to be the E52 Z8 just for how beautiful they are. and I know they are not very good to drive from what I have heard, but on beauty alone its my favourite. I suspect my favourite if i had to consider how they drive etc it would be the E46 M3 or the E39 M5. I am not counting my future car of course :D

I am up for this also, never been to a drag strip.

Yeah I am really excited about it, the last time I was this excited about getting a new car it was the very first car I owned :) Thanks Rob I agree with you on the colour front as well. Will definitely post some pictures of the car once I have the keys to it

with me it was a combination of the badge, looks, reliability, performance and practiciality and the BMW M235i ticked those boxes the most out of all the cars I was looking at

I am up for that meeting, just depends on when etc.
