I would be interested to see the comments you hopefully receive as choice of polishes is usually down to personal preferences but I think some polished bring out the best in some colours and not others.

I found with my Z3 that water ingress was responsible for the alarm being triggered.
With the less than perfect weather we have been having, possibly this could be the same reason?

I would immediately suspect the battery as intermittently failing after being 6 years old and following cold nights but a heavy discharge test would confirm this.
