I know that a lot of forums use RAF Cosford which is really close to wolverhampton and is dead easy to get to from the m6. Ive been and there has been loads of makes there including bmws. It might be worth looking into :D

air bag light on
Ive had the airbag light taken off mine twice, its a fault with a tensioner apparently, its back on again and i just put up with it now :huh:

Hi Phil welcome to the forum :D This may seem like a silly question and forgive me if im wrong but are you sure its the engine management light and not the traction control light. Either way if you turned it off again the light should have gone out. It may be worth popping it into the garage and enquiring, but maybe someone on the forum has had the same problem :unsure: Val

My 318is averages about 28 around town, I have it down to between 8-10 frequently but then i do have a heavy right foot :D

Hello and welcome, Your 318 has very low milage for its age and i can imagine its very worth restoring as the engine has done hardly any miles. I would take a guide from ebay as to how much they are going for atm but i wouldnt give it away for a song. :unsure:

Help needed for first time BMW owner
I have heating problems too. my climate control seems to work when and if it feels like it!!! but you can guarentee the air con works when its freezing and the heater sticks on in the summer. I have been told its a common fault and the unit needs changing. :blink:
