i bet it is, the V70r is great in a straight line with awesome power but not so good at the handling, in fact the 728 sport i have is better, but been told by the missus again " get rid of that car " meaning the V70r but it is so addictive when you kick her down, specially when you sit on the ##### of a porsche in an old vlove estate.....

Also agree, my 330ci conv sat lower at back ( or looked like it did) than the front, plus if it was shocks or something like that you would notice it clonking over speed humps etc and would feel wooly at the the back.

lovely looking motor, problem is once you start modding it never stops , i am the same with my V70r ( which i was supposed to sell as i got the 728) but got that upto 290bhp 0 to 60 5.8secs mid range is ridiculously quick , top end about 165mph, so no where your coming from.... good luck mate, looks and sounds awesome

No probs mate, samco isa bugger to find on the bay but least the gaffer will give you an idea although only temp .

welcome mate...personally not a fan of LPG as a mate of mine in the motor trade says it knackeers the valves over time plus all the ones i look at in car ads always seem not to be working, also they need extra servicing each year....I had V8 Discovery once and was gonna put lpg on that but the cost £1500 and just to get the money back i would need to drive the car for 2 years then i would see the cost chamge ...personally not a bad idea on big engined cars like 4/5 litres but small engines i think it might be a long time before you see a return on what you paid for it.

welcome mate...Had afew Mtech sport and none had a decal on the boot, couple of these were 6 months old bought from the dealer and they dont normally ...think its normally an add on people put on.....I have atrue 728I Mtech Sport and that also has no badge on the boot ..so would say no

welcome mate ...535d Sport verynice... I had a E60 530d Mtech Sport and absolutely loved it but my 728 beats it is by a mile...but you still have a brilliant car

a split hose definately would not help, if you can try taping it up with some duct tape, tap it tight so no air escapes and see if that improves it, then you know its the hose and can replace it, if its a small bore hose you can getplenty of silicone hoses on ebay that you just cut to fit, if this does nt work try to have a look at the maf sensor, see if its dirty, give it a clean if is but be careful as very delicate butdoes sound like the split hose.

welcome to the club mate, i had a 530d M Sport E60 and it was an awsome car, prob one of the best BMW i Have owned although you cant beat the growl of a straight 6 or v8 petrol, mine was re mapped, it was quick than my 330 ci i had before and the mid range was exceptional, had beat many a fast ar on the motorway with it, the build quality was good and so was the equipment.... i normally am a petrol man but this car did convert me, the torque was incredible , also didnt sound like a deisel. gotta i loved the E60 5sod mtech sport but it has to the mtech sport as looks a lot better. so my opinion would be the E60 but has to be the mtech sport.
