close i ordered one from bmw which will be there on friday.and its £16.91 lol

seems like it could be too short really ian, going to get a lift to bmw to see what its gonna be to replace it possibley expensive?

I have the pipe off, it is just 2 jublee clips which are a nightmare to get at lol. I will try to get a picture up asap of it as i cant find the webcam app on this computer lol. to explain it in a simple term its like a shape of a J

It was just repair tape until I got home. I will get a picture tomorrow morning and upload it asap. I need it for to go away in about 2 weeks once I get a picture can someone maybe help guide on how to remove it and easiest way to get the other on? Thanks

Could I get the repair tape from halfords ( that good stuff lol) just until tomorrow could that fix it for a little while? Also would that be why my temp gauge sat in the middle after a few mins driving?

Guys I have a mega problem I have loads of steam belting out from my bonnet. I turned the car off and let the steam go away as I couldnt see where it was coming from bbut when I started the car up again I noticed steam coming from a hoase which is split a little which looks to go into the inside of the car. The temp gauge was in the red before I stopped the car etc. But what hoase do I need and where does it go too. It's a 1998 316i compact. I need help asap. Thanks

as some you know I have a 316i compact but i am running on steel wheels with bmw wheeltrims. but I was having a look for alloys but i fear i am limited to a size and i am not too sure what the sizes are apart from the inch of the rim. fingers crossed (&) its fixed lol now all i need to do is: locate alarm if one is fitted. get door clips for to put doorcard back on get a wing fix the pipe that keeps blowing off if i accelerate too hard (vacuum) possibley jublie clip it on?? front wiper motor needed ASAP things i would like to do is: get alloys ASAP tint windows get it all sanded down and rust treated resprayed in black to make it look fresh lower it cant think of anything else but will start a progress thread in time maybe later. dam it lol new motor needed then hopefully get one cheap enough. spent a few quid on it already and only had it 2 months i think.

its all connected proper and it moves back n forward when i press the the lock/unlock button. I just removed it and it seems a piece has snapped off it. I will upload a picture as i can be quite confusing.

just removed the motor and found that the part that which the rod fits into was laying on the inside boot pannel so may need a quick fix of glue to see if that holds untill i can afford a new motor

It doesn't turn headlights on just the interior ones unless somethings unplugged. Haha I need an expect to come look at it

i have a cd changer and tape player that im selling. as above though not sure if cd changer works and the tape player needs a code that i dont know
