My 3 Series Compact
hi guy's havent posted in a while due to internet problems, thinking about selling my bmw 3 series compact with the m50 engine conversion after a 2nd opinion on what price i should advertise it for ????!?!?! good parts, solid bodywork even underneeth m50 conversion (2.5l 6 cylinder) racing exhaust system (straight pipe with no cat straight to backbox) racing manifold racing air intake e36 2.5 brake's lover 40mil all round perfect engine and gearbox runs amazing racing clutch lightend and balanced flywheel 18'' alloywheel's still declaired as a 1.6 for cheep insurance 0-60 in 4.2 seconds last time it was dyno'd ecu chip re-map and more but cant think off the top of my head. (MOST RECEPITS FOR WORK DONE) HID headlight upgrade spent around £4000-£4500 on this car good tyres all around full service history, even have the receipt from when the first owner of the car payed £16,000 for it from bmw bad parts, few specs of rust on the arches about the size of a 20p peice small crack in front bumper car has 174000 miles on the clock (even tho the engine has done around 42000) tiny dent in drivers door wheels need a re-ferb - qouted £40 a corner drivers side window arm is bent and will need replacing rear door cards are missing as they wer all broken and cracked when i baught the car so just binned them this car just need's a little TLC and she will be awsome, but i work 10hours a day and just dont have the time just wondering what price you guys think i should put it up for and what i should expect to get ??? i have a rough idea but would rather rhave 2nd opinion before i place the advertisment.  thanks.

do it, do it, do it !! lol, ive had mine chipped rev gauge go's off the clock (roughly 8,000rmp), does use a hell of a lot more fuel but makes it so much quicker on acceleration :)

Tune 320I
about the airfilter mate... bmc induction kits add alot of torque and have dramatic improvement on acceleration for a air filter ! :o, + its a carbon fibre filter box so good at withstanding heat from the engine... there not cheap but really good investment :)

Modified Nationals Stand ?
hi everyone just wondering if anyone thinks its a good idea to think about getting a stand next year at modified nationals ?? I go every year and its a unreal weekend away !! I havent seen a BMWOC there at all, the beemers just seem to be mingled in with the little chavvy groups in the corners (bearing a few, there are some that stand out from the crowd so if you were on a stand last year your car was cool  ) Its on the last weekend of may every year normally £44 for a VIP weekend ticket, but with a club stand i beleave it go's down to around £30 Check out www.modifiednationals.co.uk for more info !! Please post thoughts ! :D
