mate.bmws are poo in the snow whatever tyres you put on them.you could cover the tyres in honey and nails and it wouldnt help. my plan for the winter is to borrow the mrs car whenever it snows(but leave my keys in my pocket) ;) ;) the blokw who owns a cafe by me told me the other day,him and his mrs watch the cars struggling to get up the hill by his cafe in the snow.he reckons the only ones that dont make it are bmws and mercs. happy motoring in the snow mate

went to saber spares yesterday and bought some front pads,discs and a sensor cable for 85 quid.took it back home and it was all done in around an hour.piece of !Removed! and absolutely loved doing it aaaand to top it off,saved myself 55 squid.get in

we've got a huge one right by my house.its got to be a good 250mm.i always speed up if i can over it,sometimes get air.haha.the mothers trying to cross to get to the school with their kids never look to happy though

thanks mate.i did get an advisory on the brake pads on the front being very low and the discs at the end of there lives(front too).my mechanic quoted me 140 quid to replace them.good price?

Hopefully it'll pass because i need to tax it at the end of september260 quid.then insurance on 1st of october 510 quid. Wish me luck guys n galz.i'm praying to the bimmer god.lol

know adrian flux are quite good for modified cars.they gave me a quote then dropped a hundred quid off it when i told them i'd put non standard alloys on it
