Swap My Original Bmw E39 Cassette Player , To The Original From Same E39 But Cd Player ???

Hello guys , I have question as well , I want to swap my original BMW E39 cassette player , to the original from same E39 but cd player , all together with radio unit, but when I took them out, ..... there are different harness , any ideas how to swap that f...gh cassette to cd player , maybe possible to find adapter for harness , or what I need to do , please HELP ME !!!!

    If not have you checked ebay or halfords for a converter?

    I bee checking ebay for the converter , but there only to convert for 1-dim players , , may be if i know how to solder my cd-conector to wires from cassette one i can do it , but i not quit shiore about the cd changer conectors if thei need to be changed aswell ? ?Thank you for reply !!! please if you can find hard wiring sheme or explanation i will be happy to do it ))

    Have checked Halfors as well , but they only have connectors from original to aftermarket , any ideas ? Thanks
