Can't Download Phone's Address Book - Probably In Wrong Forum?

Sorry to intrude, and am probably in the WRONG forum.....recently purchased a really nice 2006 325XiT, and am trying to download my phone (Moto Photon Q) Address Book to the car. BlueTooth pairs well, I can start and pick up calls, but no download of Address Book. The car requests the AB and the phone acknowledges it is getting a PBAP request, but when I tell it YES, download the danged thing, a second later I get another PBAP request on the phone.

Yikes!

I've read other boards and this seems to be an issue across a wide range of phones and car models.

I'm trying to export my CONTACTS to the phone's SIM card and will try to use a BT file xfer app on the phone to push the Address Book to the car.....

But before embarking on that adventure, I thought I should ask y'all your thoughts on this issue and if you have any suggestions regarding how to fix it.

And while I am here, does anyone know of an issue with the SPORT mode that causes lurching? I just got the car and in non-SPORT mode it shifts fine. I finally tried SPORT mode and at one point, it lurched, as if it was a manual tranny and I had popped the clutch suddenly.

Don't know if that is a know characteristic or something wrong with my beasty.

HELP!
