Yup, here to help as always mate!

- *Optional* apply rad-flush as per instructed

- Pull the coolant hose that connects to the bottom of the rad (careful! break the plastic and its new rad time)

- Let her run dry

- *Optional* Hose back on, fill with water and run engine to get last bits of old stuff out. then pull hose again.

- Hose back onto rad

- Get the front of the car in the air with axle stands. This helps bleed the engine as I imagine your bleed-screw is at the front near the rad..

- Fill her up with fresh stuff!

- Run the engine and you should observe bubbles coming up from inside the reservoir.

- Fill with more coolant as needed

- Cap back on and use the bleed screw to rid the system of air similar to bleeding a house-rad.

Never had a V8 BMW but can't be much diff to my I6 :D Hope this helps

Many thanks again for your help, its great knowing people who know hat they are talking about.again thanks mate

will get some rad flush and new BMW antifreeze thanks Mate

Its a brief guide but to be honest, it only needs to be brief as its logical once you start..

Careful of the rad flush if you use the stuff that looks like cat litter. DO NOT put it directly into the coolant tank as it sinks! read the instructions :)
