HELP DOES ANY ONE KNOW ABOUT THE RADIO,i CAN GET MEDIUM WAVE OK BUT WHEN i SWITCH TO FM i CANT GET ANYTHING AT ALL UNLESS THE VOLUUM IS TURNED UP FULL ON FMAND THEN ITS HARDLY HEARABLE HELP PLEASE

jack thanks for your reply,have found out that the car doent have any bulbs in the headlights,so I have replaced them but now one works and the other doesnt,so come the week end its a case of fault finding,unless you have any ideas

does any one know if the 98 e38 has front side lights,I drove home on friday and when I got home and walked to the front of the car NO side lights,the rear worked ok,so open bonnet,and check for bulbs,there are only 2 bulbs 1 for dipped and 1 for full beam there were no side light bulbs,HELP PLEASE.

HI EVERY ONE JUST GOT MY CAR BACK FROM REPAIR CENTRE AFTER SOME IDIOT DROVE INTO THE REAR,ANYWAY i DIDNT GET A CHANCE TO CHANGE THE BONNET CABLE BEFORE IT WENT IN,SO ANYWAY GOT IT BACK BUT NOW THE N/SIDE BONNET CABLES BROKEN HOW DO I now get in to change the cable HELP please.

while I will admit that most of the time I listen to CDs I tried to listen to BBC radio 2 I know before you start,it comes with age,anyway I cant seem to pick it up no matter how I try to tune the radio I just cant get the radio to find Radio 2, so any help on this one please.

Hello everyone,I ve just thought (well thats something new ) I have only had the 740 since feb and its just hit me ,I dont know how much or if any Antifreeze is in her,so if Iwant to change the coolant thats in her at the moment how easy is this to change.!!! is there anything to watch out for, like air blocks !!! can anyone enlighten me please.

Sorry for late reply ,but thanks everyone think I know now how to change it,just one more point is the cable that runs aong the top of the bonnet, the only one I need to change.thanks

Hi everyone,just wondered if any one has ever changed the release cable for the bonnet catches,and if its a pain,and how easy or hard is it to do,or better left to a garage,hope for some information.thanks Robin

Hi Guys, Well I needed to remove the front cup holders as mine were jambed open, and no matter how I tried I couldnt get them to close, So the option was to remove and replace, Ahhhh, and not a job I really want to try, well from what I had heard removing the centre consul WHAT!!! ahhh, anyway after looking more times than I can count on YOUTUBE and other bimmer post I found what I was at last looking for and surprise surprise was it really that simple No SURLY NOT!! So armed wit h the knowledge I thought I will have a go, Now having removed the T.V ans sat nav before I was surprised to know that once this is removed, the only other screws sorry bolts were the 4 bolts at the sides of the unit,once removed its just pull firmly and hey presto the unit is out and then just remove the 4 screws that hold the cup holders and were back in business with replacing new cup holders, about an hours work,and saved the 2 hours labour charge, hurray.and this is someone who nothing about cars, wow

​i HAVE A SPARE TANK AND WAS THINKING OF HAVING IT FIBRE GLASSED BUT WAS INFORMED BY A GARAGE THAT IF YOU DO THIS IT WILL PROBABLY FAIL THE mot AS IT ALTERS THE SECK OF THE TANK JUST A WORD OF WARNING !!!! STILL HAVE THE TANK IF YOU NEED ONE.
