Well for those of you that remember my project car is my 2001 E38 7-Series - 728i to be exact.

And here's where it's at now!

It sits at 4.5 inches above the ground which is pretty low for a full sized saloon!

The wheels are abit marmite, people see them, people either dislike them or they absolutely love them - I'm from Luton which is a town full of magpies... so I like the shinyness!

E38 BMWs are also the most beautiful full sized car EVER.

I don't dislike them mukka, just a shame to hide those Brembo's, thats all ;)

Try photoshopping some copies with blacked out chrome before you accept. LOL

Try it? The ONLY reason I suggest this is because Silver colour on late E38's is VERY common, and thought it could be something else to mod !

AND, did you know, if you mod it with genuine BMW material/parts you can inform BMW GmbH and you get an "individual" status plate (recognition) from them?

No way?! I was just gonna throw red paint in my interior and call it an individual!

Your 7 is a beast mate!! when u first put it on i wernt too keen but on its ##### with them rims splitter n so on its defo a winna for me!! dont really see them down my way not lookin like that anyway! spot on bud! is it a v8??

Cheers mate, these cars aren't the most common to begin with! It's only a 728i but it doesn't feel slow and it's perfectly flat around corners too!

Ive seem quite a few of these for sale lately too (sport models etc) at very reasonable prices and just thought to my self hmmmmm ?? lol

But I couldnt do it to ya Jas,plus people would start to talk,lol. Ill save my time for an 8 :)

Good stuff mate!! am thinkin of coilovers myself but all me mates are tryin to put me off lol your rims are sick are they an ebay jobbie?? ive been lookin to put some 7 series rims on my 330! i think there style 95 19" nice concave on them!! just got new rims myself but dont think il be happy untill ive got 19 or 20"

Prices are definately reasonable for these old beasts but finding a good one is tough!

Wasn't after a sport to begin with but did take some for a drive - my car though felt right somehow!

The wheels I can't actually remember! They were local though!

Coilovers is a must I feel for making a car look good - lowering springs equally do the job well!

Nice to see somethin differnt would love to see in person!! my mates got a 7 but its the longer one its also the v8 had it on ebay for ages still not sold and only askin for 1k!! Wish i had the money would love to put the lump in mine!! ul have to get some more pics up!!
