Aux Not Working After Jump And Battery Change

Hi All

I had to get my battery changed couple of weeks ago as it decided to die, however since then the AUX in the centre console has decided to dissappear from the headset, now it only displays radio and CD instead of radio, CD and AUX.

Any Ideas?
