Passenger Window Stopped Working

As the title says.............my passenger window has always been temperamental and used to stop working but after a while always sorted itself out..............until now :(

Im guessing it can only be one of a couple of things.......

1. dodgy regulator (altho it does click when the button is pressed,and the window still goes up/down as its meant to when opening the door)

2. Dodgy relay

3.dodgy wiring

Any ideas guys ??

    I have the same problem with my 318ti the guy I bought it from has said the window has come off the runner if this is the case does anyone know of an easy fix solution?

    Door card off - Slot window back into runner and check runner is secured to framework/door...

    Also check the nylon rollers at the base of the glass' runner (ends of scissor mechanism).

    Mine just doesnt work at all !! noticed that the relay clicks but nothing happens,not even up/down when the door is opened/closed :( ????

    Has to be either wiring FROM relay, or motor shagged !!
