As far as I know you sit in a classroom,get told your a naughty boy,watch speed awareness videos etc etc

Ive been on one, basically a day where you go in a classroom and watch a few vids on car crashes and have a chat about driving and speeding etc

As long as you don't act a di*k on the course its just a day of your time. Ensure you take your driving license and counterpart with as they need to identify you when your there.

lol iv never been on one before is it only if you speed in a 30 zone?

The course is available if you have not had a speeding ticket in the last 2-3 years and applies to all speeds, However, if you do 30mph OVER ANY speed limit this could be an instant ban !!!

So best not tell them I was doing 140 ten min before on motorway :-)
