I need to re spray my alloy wheels and was thinking of spraying them the same colour as my BMW, what do you think?

seeing as ive got the same car and same wheels B) im actually going to be doing mine in the summer, i did think this color myself(titan silver) but thought its to much of the same, il prob go with a slightly darker shade of silver myself. i think most alloy repair companies use VWs silver, reflex if i remember right

Na it would be too much,

I'd do as Andy is, and go a little darker....just my opinion

I would go for a Met Grey... Graphite maybe?

I'll take some pics when I finish work,

Mask tyre up and give it a good rub down, I managed to sand any scuff marks out so happy days, I used 1 can of primer, don't be shy with it i did 2 coats, I left all 4 wheels to dry for 30 mins, then I used 4 cans of Titan silver about 3 coats leaving it to dry in-between coats for about 10 mins, finally I used 1 big can of laqour, 2 coats per wheel again leaving it about 10 mins between coats, laqour can run pretty easy so go carefully with it! Finally leave to dry and remove masking tape! Job done! Any questions?

i do bodywork for a job so il be using 2k stuff, just wondering how you did yours :P

flatten all the repairs out, primer over repairs. flatten primer. scotch all the rim up. mask out. spray color on, dry, spray clear coat on. dry B)

what did you key the previos paint up with?

id flatten primer down with 800wet then 1200 wet finally a full gray scotch to give a good key for the new paint
