after this crap year im having im finishing it off by finally doing some excercise!

last year i ran in the liverpool santa dash and this year after having my brain tumour i set my target for fitness as finishing the santa dash again.

now it may only be 3 miles but its pretty much all ive done bar a little footy and some bike riding.

if you can donate £1 are evan 1P id be forever grateful as i just want to give a little back for the walton neuro centre in liverpool

ive set my target as £200 , ive managed to get £100 already and thats just thru friends and family.

any help is appreciated
