So after my repair, I think it's time to replace my 30k 6 year old Michelin Pilot Sports on front.

The modern equivalent seems to be 225/40 ZR18 92Y Michelin Pilot Sport 4 but presumably run flats?

I've been struggling to find this tyre online just to get an idea of prices, anyone recommend a supplier or an equivalent make perhaps?
