Hi , Just replaced rear pads on my f25 ,  now i have a message saying parking break  failure ,  do i need to reset anything ? , or could i have mist something .

Just your BMW telling you that you needed a Dealers help 😅 Or hoping to scare you into their arms

Try a Parking Brake reset, as you only changed pads a Soft Reset should work 

Turn on the ignition.

Hold down the parking sensor button for 3-5 seconds until you hear a beep. Release the button, and the system will reset

Hope that does it for you
