Now winter is coming I have decided to replace my faulty Webasto with a used unit that has a warranty. I am told that most often the heater does not work because of a fault in the pc board. Easier to buy a working old unit than a new pc board. All very straightforward until you get tio the exhaust pipe connection on the underside of the webasto unit. No hose clamps but does not want to pull off. Any advice as to how to disconnect unit from exhaust pipe please? Is it a matter of pulling harder or is there a trick to it?

Thanks Dave, I am familiar with Pelican Parts and their illustrated guide for fitting parts, but was never aware of searching via "DIY Articles" Very good. Unfortunately nothing on removing/replacing Webasto
