x5 rear subframe

Simple answer is no, I have not heard of it being done though if you can get measurements of the mounting points you may be able to make a decision.

I believe ALL X5 E53 models used the same sub frame just Diff and drive shafts being different. I take it you have checked realoem then double click the part number you should get a list of alternates. Just had a quick look and part Number 33316770459 was E53 and 33316863815 was E70 it doesn't seem to indicate any cross over on late/early models
