Does anyone know if an i3 (2019 base model) can be fitted with run flat tyres.  Web searches suggest that in USA they have no problem with this but in UK I am still finding conflicting information as to whether they can or cannot be fitted to the supplied OEM wheels ?

Morning Mike

As far as I know modern run flat tyres don't need special rims

A good tyre company should be able to advise whether they are available as run flat in your size. I think most manufacturers recommend that the car has a working Tyre Pressure monitoring system before they are fitted

Good Luck with the hunt
