Welcome to the Forum

You should find  the sensors including the O2 sensor on top of the Catalyser/DPF unit 

Take a look at www.realoem.com put the last 7 digits of your Vin into the search box it will call up your model, then search the exhaust section you should see an exploded drawing of the system showing where stuff fits and what the correct parts numbers are.
