hi all , anyone got any secret tips for getting stains out of cloth seats ? I've just brought a 57 plate 2.0 d x3 and reckon a builder used it for a van, even the back of passenger seat and drivers seat are marked

apart from that it drives like new😁

Morning Graham

I have a Vax Carpet cleaner that we use indoors and in the cars (with 5 dogs I need it) my wife says car cleaning is "boys" work so lucky me I get two to do though we do have leather seats.

I use a rubber dog grooming mitt against the grain on the carpets really great for loosening stubborn hair and dirt then hoover, then use the Vax if there are any stubborn bits I use a solution of carpet cleaner and a nail brush then Vax again. One of our sons has a Peugeot with cloth seats and the same process has worked well for him, though the back seat we had to take out to get at it properly.

Thanks dave, I’ve tried the normal spray on stuff like the spray on stuff then scrub , it’s working to a degree but not on the deep stains

will get hold of a wet dry vac and give it a go 👍
