Hello again

I have a 2010 320d 91, I had an issue with the turbo actuator which I thot that I had fixed after advice from here, (thanks again)

it turned out that I needed a new turbo, (a pin that went from turbo to actuator had sheered inside turbo,) so was advised to get a recon turbo as a repair to the original would cost about the same, new turbo fitted.... so now and then... I have a stutter and yellow engine light comes on, but only at low speeds, driving at 60-70 car is fine

Foxwell reader shows no faults when car ignition is on but when running live data some jbe and egr faults come up then go away again could this be something to do with stuff being removed when  new turbo was fitted. ??

Hi Gus

An intermittent fault seems more likely to be a leak somewhere, I would start with all the vacuum lines before the pressure side.

Have you blanked the EGR? if you did make sure the actuator line is plugged. All the vacuum lines can be prone to cracking with age so check very carefully

Good Luck
