When I lock the doors on my 2008 650i convertible and then unlock them even though the lock pops up on both doors the driver side door will not open with the outside handle.  The inside handle will open it without a problem.  How do I fix it?

There should be a clip that attaches the door handle to the inner lock catch. Take the passenger door card off and compare them. I can’t remember off the to of my head as I have done many cars and models, but it should be easy to spot what’s broken and easy to replace.
