Hi All

Went to a dealer last week with the intention of buying a Focus ST...

Ended up walking out with a 57 plate 330i SE with a genuine 45k on the clock...

Absolutely over the moon with it...

Any tips on keeping her fresh much appreciated

Luke

Welcome to the Forum Luke

Don't stick to the extended service regime change oil and filter at more regular intervals (5k for me) Also get yourself a BMW specific code reader they are a great help even if you are using a garage to do the work. Google BMW Specialists (there is a register) and find one near you, normally about half the price of a dealer but with the same knowledge and specialist tools.

Last but not least a couple of websites www.realoem.com this is a BMW online parts list put the last 7 digits of your vin in the search box and it will bring up your model, then www.newtis.info this is a technical site BMW dealers use the same information.

ENJOY your new car

Hi Luke....welcome to the Forum

I would completely agree with Dave and over service the car with regards to fluids and filters and it also gives you a chance to look for potential issues and if anything is degrading between inspections.
It used to be common practice to carry out weekly inspections on cars which ensured the car stayed in tip top condition at all times.....seems like most people don't even check from year to year nowadays 😞

Good to have you onboard
