HI guys,

Wonder if anyone can guide me here a little.

Ive got a 2001 320d touring. (love it) but the BC doesnt work. Display is fine but when i push the BV button on the end of the stalk it doesnt cycle through the options ive been told it should do. MPG etc....

Im now being told that it can be a very expensive job to repair and that my local BMW garage want absolutly massive money for a new indicator stalk.

So my question is. Has anyone had this before and is there anything i can check myself in the hunt to make it work again without having to buy a stalk straight away which as far as i can see might not even be the problem.
