I have a 2007 E70 X5, which has the left hand side headlamp washer missing. The service centre tells me it is due to the fluid freezing.

I have purchased a new popup and cover flap, but how is it changed, I can find no references anywhere. Any one know how it's done?

    Well it will be fixed from beneath the bumper so unless you can remove the front-lower engine tray, it may be "Bumper-Off" job if you can't get access underneath ;)
