Just bought a BMW 320 TD SE COM (52reg).

Sadly it only has a tape player in it.

I want a new radio CD player, preferably one with some sort of iPod connection.

Any idea what my best options are & what fascia I may need?

I've changed a car radio in the past but heard a BMW radio may be more complicated!

I'm prepared to have a multi-changer if recommended.

Thanks for any advice given.

    heres a link to a adaptor for the old cd player/ tape but its for a e46 easy to look up the one you need for your car then you can fit any cd player you want

    I faced this one but the original head unit is just too good looking to replace and I've seen other bmw's with awful looking head units that don't fit properly or are the wrong colour.

    My solution was a tape-aux cable and I purchased a phone holder that clips onto the air vents in order to cover up the tape slot. Looks good if you find the right holder etc!
