hi sorry to have to ask for your help again but i've got a problem with the radio in my 523 r reg e39 its got a dash mounted cd player and autochanger in the boot it all works fine except occasionally the display on the radio goes blank and at the same time non of the radio buttons will work the only way to get it back is turn the set off and back on and its ok for a few minuets again. I assume its the radio its a Phillips part number 65.82-8361346 the only ones I can find second hand are part number 65.82-8361087 it all looks the same except one mine the button on top right says random on the second hand ones that button has 2 arrows on it does anyone know if these sets are interchangeable or if theres anything else I can do to rectify this problem thanks for your help rich

They are swappable as both are for the E39, the loom/connections are identical ;)
