Keep the only two wires to the gearbox if I'm not mistaken 9 and 22 pins of the great dividing plug, which is next to the fuse box and everything will work in reverse lights! Remain high plug redundant in anywhere and do not add anything

I'm struggling to follow exactly what you wish to do but looking at what you have wrote and piecing bits together, I think you are asking if anyone has converted an AUTO loom to a MANUAL?

If so, No I haven't but you need to think about the Auto box communicating with the ECU. There will be additional sensors etc.. etc..

I wouldn't settle for anything other than the correct manual one in my opinion. If there is a guide saying it can be done elsewhere, then give it a go i guess!...

i put them on car but not working :( in service they check wires all good but not want start starter not working and some problems with fuel pump when you put 2 wires in plug everything working but when put relays back on nothing i think ECU computer burned need get new ecu and try hope will start

and i find out my old wires was for automatic car too they just cut some wires off they are same like my new wires i think in wires not have problem in service they check each wire where they are going only we found 2 wires on my old wiring loom was cut and connected with different wires
