IMO not really as you wouldnt get much gain for the cost of a decent remap.

http://www.evolveautomotive.com/ check out these guys, they are BMW remap specialists and are the people that did mine :) Cost me £300 but so worth the money as you get a custom dyno remap an not just an 'off the shelf' style !! Ive got a 2.5l 323i that as standard runs 170bhp out the factory,knock 10-15bhp off due to its age so 150-155bhp.Ive put a s/steel race decat exhaust and manifold on and induction cone then it went to Evolve Automotive,it now runs 200+bhp and 200+lbs torque which is more than a 328 !!
