  1. Just to add, people always think its only for yanks... Iv been going for the last 5 years with my Camaro, and every year i see a load of Bimmers and a whole other range of cars. So anyone can take their car... My Camaro is off the road this year and im not going engineless.. Im coming from Junction 8 of M25... I hope to see you all there =)
  2. Hi all I have a GT 2 piece rear spoiler on my car. For 2 years now iv been searching for these flaps.. Does anyone know where i could find them? And whats everyones opinion on them... Should i bother? Many Thanks
  3. My first e36 and infact my first car was a 318is. I had a Sebring exhaust on it and comparing it soundwise to my mates M3 i kid you not they sounded exactly the same, albeit mine was a bit louder. But you cant beat the sound of a twin cam.. Lost that car in the snow and was a show winner.. Was absolutley gutted. Iv got a 328 now but in hindsight i would of had another M44 engined model. Best road car iv had!
  4. Thanks Ian =) ill tell my know it all machanic i was right =p
  5. Check your battery terminals mate, same thing happened to me after buying the car. Thought id bought something dodgy but later found it was a very loose terminal. Only took me a whole 3 weeks with this annoyance to find the cause =(
  6. Forgot to add in my last post... Iv also got a rattle from the engine.. Been to several Bmw garages and a further several bmw specialists who have never heard it before. Some said iv got the wrong oil but im thinking it might be a chain tensioner.. Any answers to this ill be extremely grateful. Thanks again
  7. Daz, i experience that exact same 'limp home' effect the other day! The car cut out at the traffic lights... And slowly managed to get home.. But when i put it in reverse i felt a clunk and its back to normal. Im thinkin my clutch is to blame because its rattling on me when the clutch is down. If you find out the problem please let me know. Many thanks =)
  8. Hi All Im new to the club so apologies if this is in the wrong place... I was just wondering if anyone is taking their car to Wheels Day 2012 in Aldershot on the 6th April? Anyone want to meet before entering and start up a BMW Corner in the arena? Many Thanks
