i once heard on a car program that peanut butter was the way to get everything black nicely......my mate tried this on his van where all the trims went grey and it worked a treat, not done it myself but his trims looked brand new after he used it but did say hard work.....plus you can eat whilst you polish .... a win win situation......ps this aint a wind up. got something to do with the nut oil ...before you ask , use smooth not crunchy

Can't Beat a Bmw, that lovely clunk of heavy doors whenthey shut, had a few jap cars, as good as they can e they are tinnie and full of cheap plastic...where a BM is a solid built motor with a a lovely strong interior, drives beautiful and just feels class......i mean when you get up and go out to your car what looks better staring at a mitsubishi badge or the BMW badge....also when you go into a BMW dealership, its like going to a luxury hotel " would you like a cup of coffee sir, come sit in our lounge and watch sky whilst we sort out the parts you requested" Total Class. And everything that DAZ said.

Welcome mate, give you an idea my 728i sport on a motorway does about 32 - 35 mpg at about 70 mph and she is a big ole lump.

could also use auto glyn resin polish, then extra gloss protection polish, also they do a alloy wheel sealer. all good products and would cost about £40 top whack.

Just been looking at my profile and noticed i have 5 blank stars in the corner, i want a star....what do i have to do to get a star.....like being at school when the teacher had a star chart, never got any then .......i can feel the tears in the forum ....such a sad story ....LOL

but also + 2 as gav and daz says.......if you do that and find nothing then take the car to a tyre place and get them to check wheels. I had a Volvo T5 with 18" after market alloys, bought it off some bloke, who told me there is a slight vibration over 60, think tracking is out...sure when i drove her home i went over 60 and could feel my teeth rattle it was that bad but even when i went upto 90 the vibration just got worse, took it to my mates tyre shop to get it tracked and balanced all round, as he was doing it he came out and said the rear wheel was so buckled that he couldnt balance it out.I ended up buying a new set of alloys cause a week later the missus was driving the car and hit a great big pothole and buckled the 2 alloys o the other side. so Just another idea but do also agree with Daz and Gav.
