Cheers for puttin pic up gav. Stick a long screw driver in there to push the clip down. You squeeze it down basically then push forwards -

If its pre facelift. You need a long screw driver or stick. Look for a hole in the wing inside the engine bay. Stick the screw driver in there to push the clip together then slide it out. Easy as

Is yours the face lift? If so theres no screw lol

Metal cleaner such as autosol or.megs. both available in halfords. Use with a microfibre cloth.
