Of a decent quality?I think the build quality has nosedived,what say you?I had my first car in the 80s a five then a row of 6s followed by 3 series all were substantial cars and felt put together by people who cared.I feel BMW have lost sight of what made them great and let the bean counters dictate how they build the cars nowadays.Am i correct in my supposition or is build quality of no point to new buyers as its the 3rd owners onwards who get the benefit. getting a hideous rattle from under the bonnet, must be something to do with the air conditioning is when I press the snowflake the rattle stops. It was a little rattle at first, but has become louder and more urgent sounding. Now it's so bad I don't even run the air conditioning. Any ideas, I suspect it's a compressor. All help appreciated
