Hi Adam Usually if the MAF is disconnected then the system runs on a default setting (which is usually quite acceptable to drive on) so it confirms the MAF as being faulty. I would replace it and then see how the other codes appear, or not as the case may be

It definitely sounds like turbo boost pressure leaking from one of the hoses or intercooler....you would have to have someone on the throttle holding it to boost pressure while you listen to where its coming from.
