Hi mate from the pic it looks like a nice clean car But I'm gonna be honest and give my personal opinion I'm not keen on silver with black and there is something I'm not sure about the deisel I think the petrol 4.6is just looks a lot nicer and when I think I paid 5k less than what this is up for on a 53 plate But if your looking for a silver diesel with low milage it's a very nice example of what I think is a lovely car

Hi Dean well done fella sub frame bushes are common and only have 80,000 life span if you have the rear boot space cover and it's not pulled out and clipped in the handle of this can flap over speed humps and cause a knocking from the boot but if it's done 80,000 it will prob still need bushes done

I put 80 litres in on Sunday for the meet drove 136 miles to meet drove like the stig round the lanes for half hour then drove home another 136 miles and petrol light came on as I pulled on my drive in a 4.6is

hi mate with 15k you should be looking at getting a nice one just check all the points listed in early posts as for deisel or petrol im a petrol head and would go for petrol all day long i might get a couple of mpg less but petrol is about 10p per litre cheaper where i live :)

Hi mate and welcome to the forum mine is a petrol and if you have read other posts that is the only major issue I have had the under side the only other thing I had done was had the gear box software reloaded as I had glitch but it now drives perfect and has done 86,000 with full history You have come to the right place

Hi Dean welcome to the club you have come to the right place The vin should be on a plaque in windscreen I will have a look under the bonnet of mine in a minuet see if it's there as well One thing to look out for is the bushes if it's done 80,000 plus they will probably need doing Service history should be looked at Any other probs you get when you buy it you know where we are Have a read through past X5 posts Before you buy Regards Christian
