  1. Welcome Darren, Nice choice of car, I would contact lots of different companies, age, annual mileage, Postcode, job etc all will affect the premium, also some companies will include breakdown cover, legal advice and courtesy car, also could well be worth looking in to cover against uninsured drivers. :D

  2. Worst experience was with Vauxhall, going back a few years ago, when Tesco had petrol problems, towed in by RAC who said that the problem was not wrong fuel, they had the car for nearly 3 weeks, a massive bill and when asked them for a sample of the fuel as wanted to claim against Tesco, they had not kept any, although it was big news everywhere.

They phoned to say the car was ready, they had parked it in the commercial vans car park, they had to move 6 vans before could get the car out, yet I arrived within 20 minutes of their telephone call.

  3. I would check to see if there is any loose wiring, all the settings on the stereo are ok, such as timed fading or muting, otherwise would take to an auto electrician, may be something simple as a heat sensor on the stereo is kicking in because the unit is getting hot, good luck :D

  4. Welcome Jamie, If you bought the car from a dealer I would take it back, has this only just started or was it a fault when you buy the car, if not bought from a dealer I would contact the last owner to come to some kind of agreement, hope you get it resolved, good luck. :D
