    How ?

    Was driving down the road and saw a motorbike ahead but was driving all the way to the left of the road and going slowly so I figured it was a 50cc or something so as I was driving past it, he stuck his indicator on and turned right into me and I hit him. I could have steered left and try to keep the car on the road but risk going into a 16 foot deep river or just bite the bullet and plough it into a ditch. Granted, the ditch was deeper than I thought but still. Better than ending up in a river as my mum was in the car and she never have gotten out of it alive if I did

    Ah not far at all. Was at Grafham Water a little while ago.

    Nah insurance won't pay out. Wouldn't even pay recovery cost which set me back another £552 (Even though I am fully comp)

    Insurance on it is now gonna cost me £7658 so I might have to get rid of it
