E28 Diesel Problem

Featured Replies

Hello BMW fans across the England and Ireland. An enthusiast from Estonia here. I currently own a E28 524 Turbodiesel BMW from 1987. Anyway, Ill go straight to the problem. By the way, im sorry if my language on cars sucks abit, im still learning. Anyway, my E28 has such problem that the Manual fuel high pressure pump on my car has broken. It now lets air in. So I basically need and want a new and working pump. If you guys dont get what I mean http://static.bmwfans.info/images/epc/MTgxMF9w.png, heres a picture of it. The question is that does the pump from E34 BMW 524 fit? In my country, some people said it does, some said it doesent, so Im kind of confused and maybe someone in this forum knows better?

Thanks for your replies.

Very rare car! No diesel e28 were made in RHD, check out realoem.com to compare part numbers
