Hi

Just bought an X5 but the Sat Nav dvd was missing. Have ordered a replacement but is it

just a simple task of inserting the DVD? or does it need to be set up. Also, is the sat nav

easy to use? Any advice appreciated.

    Hi mate if you bought the right disc it is just plug and play however I find it a but long winded to put address in so normaly still use my Tom Tom not sure if the newer ones are any better mines a 2003 model

    X5 2006 NOT EASY TO LOAD ADDRESS INFO i am looking to get better disk, current version does not allow entry of last 2 charaters of the post code so dont get to the final destination - does an updated disc allow all post code to be entered ??

    To be honest I think the sat nav is a bit of a let down bit long winded loading address by time you put details in your at your destination I never use mine I just use iPhone tomtom ..

    New 2012 model far far easier and quicker, it's a circle scroll instead of long table type and now voice activated
