Bluetooth And Ipod Connection

On my e46 it has a multi function steering wheel with bluetooth button and on the sat nav home screen it gives me the option of bluetooth, but in the center of the car under the arm rest it has a slot for an old phone, does anyone know of any blue tooth kits for modern phones i.e an iphone 4s ?

Also I was wondering where I would find or fit an ipod connector, I have got a 6 disk but it would be so much easier to have a 3.5mm jack to plug my phone into, any ideas guys ?????????????
