Anyone running it how do you do it how much does the system/fuel cost

Anyone know anything about running Bio-diesel. Its currently 26p per litre (for good stuff non of this outa the chippy into the car !Removed!) cheaper (a saving of about £16 per tank. Unsure what if anything i would need to do to the car. The website for the filling station over London Road claim you need to do nothing but im skeptical about that.

Gimme a clue guys would be appreciated.

Still looking for the Boot Mat Handle filler piece anyone for a spare? (E90)

yes you can mix oil off the shelf... currently I would advise 60% diesel as a start but you are safe as long as to do no more than 20k per year lol

I don't but why 20k per year?

The local good quality seller is doing 100% stuff @ £1.19ppl

Personally if you have a tds engine fine.if you have a later diesel you would be mad to put that stuff in! The quality various so much from provider to provider,

Odd you should say that as the gerneral feeling seems to be that the older cars are the ones that most folk say are problematic due to the seals etc need to be changed to accept the bio-diesel.

i have a mate who produces biodiesel for his own use but sells a little that he has over his needs. if it is done correctly, there are no long term effects, but it has to be produced correctly. if the process is not to spec then you end up with cats following you everywhere you drive.
