Answering the original question...

White BMW's DO NOT SELL at all, especially second-hand... FACT

I can give you Stats on colour sales?

I wounder if this is an area thing Dabsy? Because in the capitals of the world( London, Paris and madrid) where i have been recent white BMW`s are EVERYWHERE! and is a much more common colour than others, does it have anything to do with a certain sports event coming up soon? maybe white is easier to "wrap"

However In Milton Keynes and the Isle of Man, you see a couple of White 3 series coupe but thats about it

No Ian, it is a common fact (before BMW changed from steel), that light colours rotted (Rusted noticably) twice as much than darker cars... Hence the movement to hybrid metals !

Now i have learnt somthing today! so lots of cheap white e60`s in 5 years time

Hehehe very likely

whats worry with white mine looks great for a 20yr old car

better than chav yellow :P

Chav yellow? Thanks for that.

Weve had this issue before (as it was aimed at me).......and I think the word 'CHAV' should be banned from being used on this forum !!!

Just don't see how yellow is chav? And if people have insults such as "chav" they should be kept to themselves. I wouldn't tell someone else I thought their car was a sack of shat as I know it's probably their pride and joy.

My very first car was bright yellow, a mitsubishi colt lancer 1979......Number plate was BAR 233T...... called it Bart...never guess why..LOL......
