Hello there,I am looking for a 740 fuel tank i tryd bmw but its pricey at 850 pounds anybody know where i could source one,its only a weep and could be repaired does anyone know if its difficult to remove,thanks william

    fuel tanks can be fairly easy to remove, obv its getting the fuel out first thats the prob!

    have you tried ebay for any one breaking any? other than that start searching them scrap yards.

    id also look at if the fuel tank was used i other models, would make searching a little easier if it is.

    Hi thanks for that,the fuel has all leaked out, so may make it a bit easier to remove,will start looking around,cheers William

    On the 7 the tank is a wrap-over, so you will need to drop the exhaust pipe from middle to rear and the shield too... The Park-brake cables are above this shield aswell !!
