2007 X5 Rear Light On Tailgate (Drivers Side)

The rear light on the tailgate (drivers side) is not working (the fog light is still okay). The manual says that this is an LED and should be taken to BMW. Has anyone replaced one of these, and if so where are the parts available from? Thanks.

    Hi mate I replaced the whole unit on mine 53 plate not sure if yours is different but it's should be held in by bolts try takeing the unit off to see what bulb you need
