Air Bag Light?

Since i've had my car, my air bag light has constantly been on.. Maybe it's not doing any harm but A - It's annoying and distracting. B - I'm a girl and panic so knowing my luck it will go off in my face :( Any ideas? Much appreciated :)

    Hi,best thing to do is take it to your local mechanic,bung him a fiver and ask him to reset it for you,if it comes back on then you have a fault with the airbag system,ie seat occupying sensors,airbag,airbag wiring etc etc Hope this helps :)

    Is there not something I can do myself? Apparently disconnecting the battery can sometimes reset lights or touching battery terminals together? Or will that kill me?! Lol!

    For the sake of a fiver Id just take it to a garage and let them do it (in fact I did),no harm,no foul :)

    disconnecting the battery wont work hun, you have to have it reset.....mine has been done twice and is back on....its a common problem.......mone is a seat belt tensioner sensor il get it done one day
