Hi Guys & Girls, looking to buy an X5 in the next few weeks and would prefer the 03/04 facelift model, but what UK reg do did they start on?

    I had already checked that page and other pages, but the specific information I am after is not listed. I want to know what UK reg (03/53/04 or 54) did the facelift model become available so then I kown what age car I need to search for on AutoTrader, etc

    Hi mate mines a 53 year and I think it's pre face lift I think it's on a 54 the face lift came out

    What are the difference and I'll have a look at mine tonight

    It has slightly rounded\longer lights, an additional grill above the bumper, extra 30'ish bhp, etc.

    I went X5 viewing yesterday and it looks like the facelift model starts on an 04 plate.
